Sally McCombie represented the IUP College of Health and Human Services and also the Council of Administrators of Family and Consumers as one of thirty U.S. delegates to the one hundredth celebration of the International Federation of Home Economics at the XXI World Congress. Her trip was made possible through IUP financial support and a scholarship awarded to her by CAFCS.
