Construction on the IUP campus will hinder traffic on Grant Street at the corner of Pratt Drive August 7 through 13.
Traffic will alternate one way during weekdays to enable workers to install utility lines. A flagman will direct traffic. During the weekend, the street will be open for two-way traffic.
Signs will be posted to assist drivers.
