The parking lot at Eleventh Street and Oakland Avenue, often referred to as the MAATI parking lot, will be paved and prepared to become a pay-by-space lot. It will not become a pay-by-space lot until all phases of the Residential Revival have been completed.
Until then, the lot will continue to be designated as it was before the renovation. A percentage of the lot will be faculty/staff and a percentage will become faculty/staff/commuter.
After paving, the name of the lot will be changed to the Washington Street parking lot. Emergency phones will be added.
The target date for opening the lot is September 1, 2008.
