At its annual awards banquet, the Mathematics Department awarded four scholarships to outstanding students, including the inaugural James R. Myers Memorial Scholarship.
- James Boytim Memorial Scholarship: to Jennifer Hunter, a Mathematics Education major from Bellwood, Pa.
- Mildred M. Reigh Memorial Scholarship: to Sarah Romasco, a Mathematics Education major from Freedom, Pa.
- Willard W. Hennemann, Jr., Scholarship: to Nicole Park, an Elementary Education (mathematics concentration) major from Creekside.
- James R. Myers Memorial Scholarship: to Lyndsay Book, an Elementary Education (mathematics concentration) major from Edinburg, Pa.
