Half-Hour Nutrition Workshops You Don’t Want to Miss

Take advantage of four half-hour workshops and learn everything from the different types of fat in your diet to the calories in alcohol to portion distortion! Attendance vouchers will be available at all workshops.

Portion DistortionLearn how portion sizes for foods have changed and participate in hands-on activities with portion sizes to help you be a better judge of what you eat.
