Counseling Center Workshop: Health at Every Size

Have you ever felt frustrated about being on a diet? Do you ever feel like you are negatively evaluated due to your weight? Are you interested in improving your body image?

This workshop will be both psycho-educational and interactive and will discuss dieting myths, the thinness ideal, and the tenets of the Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective. Come and learn more about HAES, which celebrates size diversity and advocates that being healthy does not necessarily mean being thin.
