Take Back The Night Volunteer Meeting

Take Back the Night needs volunteers!Take Back the Night is a campuswide event that aims to heighten awareness of violence as well as support survivors.

One in four women and one in six men will be victims of sexual violence before the age of 18 (Source: RAINN). The Take Back the Night march will be on Wednesday, April 16, starting in Putt-Delaney Courtyard at 8:00 p.m., followed by a Speak Out in the HUB Ohio Room.

On Monday, April 7, we will have a Volunteer Meeting where different opportunities will be discussed in detail, with availability to sign up for different tasks to assist with the event.

The Volunteer Meeting will take place in the HUB Ohio Room, directly after the Six O’Clock Series. If you’re at the Series, stay after to learn more about how you can help out with Take Back the Night. If you’re not at the Series that night, come to the Hub Ohio Room by 7:30 p.m.
