If you find it hard to meditate alone, or would like to try
to learn how to meditate, please join us on Mondays between 6:15–7:00 p.m. or
Wednesdays between 4:15–5:00 p.m. to sit with a group.
The facilitators can answer
some of your questions about your practice, and also offer various kinds of
mindfulness meditation practices for you to try. All are welcome. These are
drop-in groups, so you may come as often as you like.
