Just a quick reminder: If you are overwhelmed, feeling sad, or having thoughts of ending your life, the Counseling Center is here to assist.

We specialize in helping students manage difficult life adjustments. We have walk-in hours from 1:00–3:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. On Wednesday, our walk-in hours are from 10:00–11:00 a.m. and 2:30–3:30 p.m. Scheduled appointments are also available by calling 724-357-2621 (M–F, 8:00–4:30). Outside of regular business hours, you can call the Armstrong/Indiana Crisis Hotline at 877-333-2470.

For assistance during business hours, contact the Center for Health and Well-Being at 724-357-1358 or visit the Center's main desk in Suites on Maple East. In case of an emergency, contact University Police at 724-357-2141 or call 911 or go to Indiana Regional Medical Center's Emergency Department.
