Beginner Tai Chi Workshop!

Tai Chi imageFree for undergraduates! The one-day workshop is Saturday, November 2, from 9:00 to 4:30. 15 spots are available—first come, first served. Registration is required by November 1.

Pablo Bueno Mendoza will be teaching the first third of Cheng Man-Ch'ing (Zhang Manqing) Yang style Tai Chi Ch'uan (Taijiquan). This form is based upon martial applied defensive moves that are synchronized to breathing patterns that assist with relaxation and meditation.

Registration is required by e-mailing Patti at pshaffer@iup.edu with your name. It’s not necessary, but please state whether you have previous Tai Chi experience.
