Looking for Something to Help You Relax?

Tai ChiLearn Tai Chi! IUP undergraduates can participate in a free workshop instructed by Pablo Bueno Mendoza on Saturday, November 2, from 9:00 to 4:30. There are 15 spots available—first come, first served.

Mendoza will be teaching the first third of Cheng Man-Ch'ing (Zhang Manqing) Yang style Tai Chi Ch'uan (Taijiquan). This form is based upon martial applied defensive moves that are synchronized to breathing patterns that assist with relaxation and meditation.

Registration is required by e-mailing Patti at pshaffer@iup.edu with your name and whether or not you have previous Tai Chi experience (not necessary).
