Free Workshops on Sex, Alcohol, Education, and Special Needs Students

The IUP College of Education and Educational Technology will host two free summer workshops in 2013.

Patricia Barthalow Koch, an internationally renowned Penn State professor of bio-behavioral health and a specialist in women's health and sexual issues, will present two workshops at IUP.

“Sexuality Education and Special Needs Students”

June 18
8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

“Sex and Alcohol: The Double Wammy”

June 19
8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Both workshops include a break for lunch from noon until 1:00 p.m. in Davis Hall, room B-23.

Registration for each event can be completed by calling the Office of Teacher Education at 724-357-2485 by Monday, June 17.
