IUP students and faculty are welcome to attend this workshop. It is designed to educate students, particularly women who will soon be graduating and entering the workforce, on how to negotiate a starting salary in order to prevent themselves from falling victim to the gender wage gap. The $tart $mart Wage Equity Workshop is sponsored by the President’s Commission on the Status of Women. It is a national program developed by the WAGE Project and the American Association of University of Women.
