Turner Receives PBCOHE Outstanding Member Award

Theo Turner, assistant dean of students at IUP Punxsutawney, recently received the Pennsylvania Black Conference on Higher Education (PBCOHE) Western Regional Outstanding Member Award.

Turner has served as the regional director of the PBCOHE Western Region for the past year and as a member of PBCOHE since 1998.

The PBCOHE held a conference in February with the theme of “Continuing Our Advocacy for Inclusion in Higher Education.”
