Congratulations to Joan Ponzurick, a graduate nursing alumna, for receiving the Journal of School Nursing First Publication Award by a School Nurse.
Ponzurick published an article in the February 2012 issue entitled “Selective Mutism: A Team Approach to Assessment and Treatment in the School Setting.”
Ponzurick graduated in December 2011 from the Master’s in Nursing Education track.
