Foreign Film Series: “The Salt of Life”

The Salt of LifeThe Salt of Life, part of the Foreign Film and Music Series sponsored by the Office of International Education, will be shown on Sunday, March 10, 2013, at McVitty Auditorium in Sprowls Hall. There will be two showings at 5:30 and 8:00 p.m., with the Five 6 performing before each.

Description:

Gianni plays a middle-aged retiree who has become invisible to all distaff Romans, regardless of age or relation. Watching his "codger" snare beautiful younger women, Gianni tries his polite, utterly gracious best to generate some kind of extracurricular love life with both hilarious and poignant results.
