Counseling Center Workshop: Health at Every Size: Accepting and Loving Our Bodies

This workshop will be held on February 13, 2013, from 5:15–6:15 p.m. at the Suites on Maple East, Room G-60 (Center for Health and Well Being.)

Please come or refer students to come.

Do you ever feel like you are negatively evaluated due to your weight? Are you interested in improving your body image? This workshop will be both psycho-educational and interactive and will discuss dieting myths, the thinness ideal, and the tenets of the Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective.
