Stephen Shiring, associate professor of hospitality management, will discuss his new textbook, Professional Catering, on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, as part of the IUP Libraries Breakfast and a Book speaker series.
Shiring's presentation will begin at 10:00 a.m. in room 210, Stabley Library.
Admission is free and open to all faculty, staff, and students. A continental breakfast is provided courtesy of IUP Libraries.
