Indiana University of Pennsylvania is moving away from paper-based bidding in favor of electronic procurement. All documents are available to you online, plus you can submit and update your proposals right from your office.
You must register at PASSHE’s eProcurement Exchange, a one-time, no cost process. Once registered, you gain access to bid opportunities from a number of PASSHE universities. You can also be automatically notified of other opportunities that match your products and services.
Lastly, no other vendors or bidders have access to your bid information.
