The School of Graduate Studies and Research and the Office of Financial Operations announce the IUP Senate-approved Time and Effort Certification Policy.
This policy describes the legal requirement that researchers who lead externally funded projects must, in accordance with OMB Circular A-21 and the PASSHE Compensation Policy for Sponsored Activities, certify that the time and effort spent on the project is accurate, and also details how IUP complies with this requirement. Researchers with any questions about this policy should contact the Office of the Assistant Dean in the School of Graduate Studies and Research.
