Professor Alison Downie, Department of Religious Studies, led the IUP Punxsutawney Six O'Clock Series event “Celebrating Religious Diversity at IUP-Punxsy” on September 11, 2012.
After establishing the importance of respectful dialogue across religious diversity, Downie stepped into moderating role. For the rest of the lively and well-attended session, students shared their religious beliefs and asked each other questions about their religious practices and traditions.
