Bowers and Henry Receive Funding Renewal for Child Care Services from U.S. Department of Education

Professor Fredalene Bowers and Professor Marion Henry, Department of Human Development and Environmental Studies, have received $114,000 in continued funding from the U.S. Department of Education to support the CCAMPIS, or Child Care Access Means Parents in School, program. 

CCAMPIS is a four-year grant available to low-income undergraduate student-parents for child care, to aid in student retention.   

This is the third year Bowers and Henry have received grant funding.
