The IUP ECO will host America Recycles Day on Thursday, November 15, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. throughout campus.
IUP ECO along with other organizations are working together to raise recycling awareness. Tables will be set up in the Library, HUB and Folger's. IUP ECO, SEEDS, One Island, and Aramark will be giving out recycling information, pledges, and hand outs to raise recycling awareness.
The mission of the Environmentally Conscious Organization is to increase public awareness of environmental problems and to encourage the active involvement to solve these problems.
