IT Services is very pleased to announce that IUP’s low-cost landline phone service will provide an additional 25–30 percent discount (depending upon individual line options) as first reported during an IUP Budget Matters broadcast in April 2012.
As part of this cost-saving initiative, IUP’s current voicemail system will be replaced in stages from November 28 through December 14, 2012.
Note: Voicemail users must complete a mandatory setup in the new system, and users should complete this setup as soon as possible. There is no need to wait until the cutover to the new system. Relevant information can be found at Setup Instructions for New IUP Voicemail System.
Caution: Any stored messages in the current voice mailbox will be inaccessible once a phone line is converted to the new system. Users will be alerted via a voice message shortly before their line is to be migrated so they can listen to messages before the current system is discontinued.
