IUP systems analysts Erika Bracken, Ben Milliron, and Doug Rutledge; senior systems analyst Eric Parks; Application Development coordinator Jeff Montgomery; executive director of IT Services Todd Cunningham; and chief information officer Bill Balint have been selected to offer presentations/discussion sessions at the 2012 Pennsylvania Banner User Group conference.
Cunningham and Balint will present on “Building a Better IT Support Model: From Implementation to Excellence—A Fresh Look,” while cofacilitating “PASSHE IT Birds of a Feather” with Amy Diehl from Shippensburg University. Montgomery will facilitate the “Mobile Birds of a Feather,” while Parks will be among the copresenters on “Going Campus-wide with E-commerce—Using Storefront and Secure Payment with a Centralized Gateway.” Bracken will present on “Financial Aid Files and Department of Education,” while Milliron and Rutledge will present on “IUP’s Mobile Application.”
