Changes to Crimson Event Center Reservation Request Form

The Office of Conference Services will now be accepting electronic reservation request forms for the Crimson Event Center.

A link to the form can be found on the Conference Services home page, or it can be reached directly at Crimson Event Center Reservation Form.

Once the forms are received and the requested date/s are validated, the requestor will receive an e-mail from Conference Services indicating approval or denial, and will also receive a set-up diagram request that must be returned to Conference Services as soon as possible.

Reservation requests must be received no later than 72 hours prior to event date. It is strongly suggested that you call Conference Services (357-2227) to check availability before submitting the form.
