SECA Extended One Week Due to Hurricane Sandy

Due to delays and office closings caused by Hurricane Sandy, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is extending the SECA (State Employee Combined Appeal) campaign by one week until Friday, November 9, 2012.

We were very fortunate at IUP and in Western Pennsylvania to be spared the brunt of the storm. This catastrophe is an unfortunate reminder of how the SECA campagn helps when our neighbors are in need.
