Frederick Douglass Institute Seeks Presenters for Issues of Diversity Series

The Frederick Douglass Institute for Intercultural Research is currently seeking presenters for its Issues of Diversity: Voices from the Field series, which will run in Spring 2013. The series provides an informal and supportive setting for discussion of scholarly and academic work in areas of diversity, social justice, and inclusion.

Participants can present their work at a variety of stages of completion, from inception and early findings to fairly polished pieces. Those preparing for presentation, publication, and grant writing opportunities within the university and beyond are especially encouraged to participate. Undergraduate, graduate, and faculty presenters can come from any discipline or field represented at IUP.

Contact Veronica Watson at fdi-iup@iup.edu or veronica.watson@iup.edu by November 26 to indicate your interest or to nominate someone else for this opportunity.
