Ryan Hughes, a student in the College of Education and Educational Technology, won a semester's worth of tuition through the IUP Ambassadors annual tuition raffle.
The student-run Ambassadors organization is associated with the IUP Alumni Relations Office and sponsors numerous activities, including the Young Alumni Acheivement Awards program that will bring outstanding alumni to campus on November 5, 2012.
Tuition raffle winners were announced at half time of Saturday's football game. Proceeds of the raffle benefit scholarships and other philanthropic initiatives of IUP.
The raffle's runner up, Marjorie Parish, a student in the College of Fine Arts, received a $500 gift certificate for the Co-op Store.
