At the direction of Governor Tom Corbett, all Pennsylvania flags in the Capitol Complex and at commonwealth facilities throughout the commonwealth are to be lowered to half-staff in honor of U.S. Senator Arlen Specter, who died on Sunday, October 14.
Flags shall remain at half-staff until interment.
