The Department of Religious Studies at Indiana University of Pennsylvania invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Christianity at the assistant professor rank beginning August 2013.
We seek a scholar who is committed to undergraduate liberal arts education, and who specializes in an aspect or aspects of the history, writings, or traditions of Christianity. In addition to upper level courses in his or her specialty, the person to be hired will also be expected to teach introductory courses in religious studies, such as World Religions and Introduction to Religion.
