The Sociology Club and Alpha Kappa Delta will be hosting a Graduate School Workshop on Monday, October 15, at 5:30 p.m. in McElhaney Hall, Room 205.
Should I Go To Graduate School? Where do I even begin? This is a workshop for Social Science Majors to find out more information on pursuing graduate school. Come learn what is involved in applying and other questions concerning what to look for in programs or schools. This event is sponsored by IUP Sociology Club and Alpha Kappa Delta.
The mission of the Sociology Club is to help improve society, to improve life for those on campus and in the community by the use of education and volunteer activities and other opportunities and activities, and to provide opportunities for learning about society and the role sociology can positively contribute to society through active participation and public service.
The Alpha Kappa Delta organization shall be a non-secret, democratic, international society of scholars dedicated to the idea of Anthropon Katamanthanein Diakonesein or “To investigate humanity for the purpose of service.”
