José E. Rivera, coordinator for the Athletic Training education program, received the Dan Libera service award from the Board of Certification for Athletic Training.
Rivera was presented with the award during the annual Board of Certification reception at the National Athletic Trainers convention in St. Louis, Missouri, in June 2012. The Dan Libera award is the highest national service award given by the Board of Certification.
