Free Meditation Classes at Center for Health and Well-Being

Free meditation classes will be held on the first Monday of each month during the Fall semester at the Center for Health and Well-Being, Suites on Maple East.

  • September 9: Introduction to Meditation
  • October 1: Stress Management through Meditation
  • November 5: Self-Empowerment through Meditation
  • December 3: Chakra Meditation
