As part of scheduled maintenance to the IUP wireless network, IT Services will update the RADIUS authentication server with a new Certificate effective 7:00 a.m. on August 10, 2012.
The RADIUS authentication server is used by the university's wireless system to provide secure access to the IUP wireless network.
Impact on Users
- For all Windows operating systems, you will need to re-run iconnect.iup.edu to install and configure the wireless network and to accept the new certificate. See How to Connect to the Wired and Wireless Network with iconnect.iup.edu.
- For Mac operatings systems and mobile devices (tablets and smartphones), you will be prompted to accept the new certificate.
