Telecommunications Help Desk Calls Now Routed to IT Support Center

Campus telecommunications help desk support is now provided by the IT Support Center. Support service includes requests related to land line phones and IUP Cable TV service.

Clients may request services by logging a ticket at ihelp, by emailing it-support-center@iup.edu, or by calling the IT Support Center at (724) 357-4000.

For a land line phone move, addition, or change, the following information is required:

  • the building and room number where service is requested,
  • the client's contact information,
  • the date when work must be completed,
  • the cost center to be charged.
