Oak Room Menu for Week of April 23

The Oak Room presents the following menu for Monday, April 23, through Friday, April 27, 2012.

The Oak Room, located in the basement of Foster Dining Hall, is open Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

Cost is $6.50 to eat in or carry out.

This buffet regularly features entree, sides, salad, soup, and dessert bar.

Monday

  • Sweet and Sour Chicken
  • Fried Rice
  • Vegetable Medley
  • Vegetarian Enchiladas

Tuesday

  •  Pulled Pork
  • Mashed Potatoes and Gravy
  • Squash Medley
  • Vegetarian Chimichangas 

Wednesday

  • Stuffed Chicken Breast w/ Supreme Sauce
  • Shrimp Scampi
  • Roasted Red Potatoes
  • Tossed Caesar Salad
  • Green Bean Almandine
  • Spinach Stuffed Tomatoes

Thursday

  • Salisbury Steak
  • Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Gravy
  • Peas and Carrots
  • Farfalle and Ricotta

Friday

  • Ranch Chicken
  • Mac and Cheese
  • Roasted Veggies
  • Eggplant Parmesan
