Help Promote Your Departmental Alumni Speaker Event

Is your department hosting an alumnus or alumna speaker for an event, such as a class presentation or departmental Commencement ceremony? Let the University Communications Office help you promote this in the best way possible.

Whether your event is open to just your department or you’re inviting the entire campus or community, let us know well in advance. That way, we can ensure that news releases and other communications get the word out on your exciting alumni visit.

If you are creating a news post about the event, please do so normally through your departmental or office news feed, and University Communications will automatically be notified.
