The IUP Libraries will host Kathy Zuckerman, the real-life Gidget, in a discussion of her life in the surfing culture of Malibu, California, on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 from noon to 1:00 p.m. in Stabley Room 210.
Autographed copies of the book Accidental Icon: The Real Gidget Story will be available for purchase.
Also stop by and check out the surfing display window on the first floor of Stapleton Library. The display will run through the end of April.
