Oak Room Menu, Week of April 9

The Oak Room presents the following menu for Monday, April 9, through Friday, April 13, 2012.

The Oak Room, located in the basement of Foster Dining Hall, is open Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

Cost is $6.50 to eat in or carry out.

This buffet regularly features entree, sides, salad, soup, and dessert bar.

Monday

  • Hot Italian Sausage w/ Peppers and Onions
  • Mac and Cheese
  • Vegetable Medley
  • Portobello Pilaf

Tuesday

  • Roast Beef
  • Mashed Potatoes and Gravy
  • Squash Medley
  • Vegetarian Jambalaya

Wednesday

  • Chicken Quesadilla
  • Wild Rice Pilaf
  • Sour Cream, Salsa, Jalapenos
  • Mexican Corn
  • Veggie Enchiladas

Thursday

  • Stuffed Peppers
  • Cheddar Mashed Potatoes
  • Broccoli
  • Grilled Tabbouleh

Friday

  • Baked Chicken
  • Scalloped Potatoes
  • Mushrooms and Peas
  • Szechuan Tofu
