On Saturday, April 21, 2012, the African American Cultural Center of IUP, in conjunction with the Black Student League, will sponsor its spring cultural enrichment activity—a tour to Detroit, Michigan.

Visit the famous Motown Museum, tour the Charles Wright African American Cultural Center (the largest African-American cultural center in the nation), and have dinner at the infamous Southern Fries Soul Food Restaurant.

Cost: $40 for IUP students and $90 for the public. The cost includes round-trip transportation, entrance fee to the two museums, and dinner at Southern Fries.

The bus departs from the AACC (920 Grant St., IUP) promptly at 3:00 a.m. and returns approximately 2:30 a.m. on April 22.

Tickets are available at the HUB Box Office on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration and approved ID are required to board the bus.

All are welcome to participate. For further information, please contact the African American Cultural Center Office at 724-357-2455.
