AFSCME Alternate Work Schedule: Summer 2012

AFSCME employees can submit an alternate work schedule request form for Summer 2012, which would be effective May 12 through August 17, 2012.

Human Resources must receive the signed alternate work schedule request form by Friday, March 30, 2012, for it to be considered.
