IUP at Northpointe and the Kiski Astronomers are hosting a Spring Star Party. This is an opportunity for students to learn more about laser operations, electro-optics, and astronomy.
The Star Party will be held on:
- Wednesday, April 18, 2012
- 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. in the back parking lot of the IUP at Northpointe regional campus
- 167 Northpointe Blvd. Freeport, PA 16229, off of Route 28, at Exit 18
- The backup date is Wednesday, April 25, from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.
This event is open to all students in grades 9–12 who are interested in math, science, and astronomy. Light refreshments will be served.
