English professor Jim Cahalan will be a guest on WTAJ-TV's “Central PA Live” on Friday, March 9.
Cahalan will discuss the 35th Annual Appalachian Studies Conference, to be hosted by IUP March 23–25. He is the conference program chair and responsible, with sociology professor Jim Dougherty, conference chair, for bring the annual conference to a location north of the Mason-Dixon line for the first time in its history.
The show, hosted by Dawn Pellas '79, airs from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Comcast cable channel 193.
