Sexual harassment is a form of sexual discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. Not only is it illegal, but it also creates an unproductive, unpleasant environment for both work and study. In this seminar, you will learn what sexual harassment is and is not, and become informed about IUP's policy concerning this form of discrimination.
You will also learn how to report incidents, and the steps involved in the investigation process. In addition, you will learn about specific corrective actions useful in deterring such behavior.
