The following projects are out for bid and scheduled for construction during IUP’s summer 2012 construction season.
- Replacement of steam lines between Folger Hall and University Towers
- Repair of the steam line at the main entrance to Johnson Hall
- Replacement of Pierce chiller
- Expansion and paving of the Hawk's Nest Parking lot
- Phase 3 of the tennis court replacement project
