Diane Eshleman, graduate student in the Department of Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE), has been selected to serve as an American College Personnel Association ambassador.
The American College Personnel Association (ACPA) ambassadors program provides a personal link between ACPA and campuses worldwide. Ambassadors are selected on their potential to be proactive individuals who wish to be actively engaged with the association and who are committed to sharing professional development and leadership opportunities with their local colleagues. Ambassadors help to keep professionals at their institutions informed about ACPA events, programs, policies, and membership opportunities as well provide feedback to the association's leadership.
Eshelman is in her first year as a graduate student in the SAHE program and is an assistant residence director at the Punxsutawney campus (Office of Housing, Residential Living, and Dining). ACPA, headquartered in Washington, D.C., is one the two comprehensive professional associations that advances the development of nearly 7,500 student affairs professionals and graduate students across the U.S. and around the world.
