Apprentice Career Day, held at IUP at Northpointe on Thursday, January 12, 2012, drew about 70 students interested in learning more about opportunities for apprenticeship programs.
Eight speakers from different trade organizations talked with students about exploring different paths to working, learning, and earning.
The Armstrong County Forum for Workforce Excellence sponsored the program.
