Pennsylvania Flag at Half-Staff to Honor Police Officer John David Dryer

The Pennsylvania flag at IUP will be lowered to half-staff to honor East Washington police officer John “David” Dryer, who was killed in the line of duty on December 18, 2011.

The flag shall remain at half-staff until interment.
