Dr. John Wesley Lowery, associate professor in the Department of Student Affairs in Higher Education, was quoted in the December 6, 2011, issue of Inside Higher Ed in an article titled “Danger for Whom?”
The article addresses the issue of the recent revision of a Justice Department regulation regarding students who are at risk of self-harm and the recently revised “direct threat” regulation under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
